The Focus Properties, Inc. was formed in March of 2006, by father and son investors, Govind and Prateek Chandak. The “Focus” moniker for the company was derived by the founders to recognize that every achievement is predicated on an individual or team’s willingness to focus on their goals so to realize them. This same mantra proved true to commercial real estate investment, and hence “The Focus Properties, Inc.” was born.
